Mark Massey

Mark is one of the most experienced retirement planning representatives in the country with more than thirty years in the financial and insurance industry. Prior to accepting this position, Mark served as the National Vice President of Retirement Plans for United Wealth Advisors Group, LLC.

Over the years, Mark has earned a stellar reputation for his knowledge, service, and integrity. He is diligent as he works to develop retirement plan strategies for business owners and their employees. Mark's experience with plan implementation, compliance, investment, and service of various types of retirement plans will be invaluable to us in serving our customers.

Mark received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Memphis and currently holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations. He is also a life, health, and property and casualty insurance licensed professional. He is an accredited instructor of continuing education for Certified Public Accountants in the State of Tennessee and provides continuing education training for many other organizations. Mark is a native of Memphis but now resides in Louisiana with his wife, Angie.

Monte Harrick

Monte Harrick is the Managing Director of the Los Angeles office of Fulcrum Partners LLC. He specializes in working with large corporations and non-profit organizations in attracting and retaining management talent, specifically as it relates to executive benefits. her responsibilities include analyzing and consulting with these organizations on the design, funding and administration of leading nonqualified benefit plans and welfare benefit plans.

Monte has been a consultant in the executive benefits space for over twenty-five years holding a senior position in a publicly traded corporation as well as in boutique consulting firms. her projects have included large Fortune 1000 Companies to small businesses who are looking for ways to help attract and retain management talent.

Monte has a passion for helping young people. For fifteen years he supervised week-long excursions for over 120 teenagers organizing and conducting seminars to build confidence and self-esteem. He also loves sports which comes from her father, former UCLA basketball coach, Jim Harrick, who led the Bruins to the 1995 National Championship. Monte has spent several years coaching youth sports. He has also spent several years as a board member for the Los Angeles Council of the Boys Scouts of America.

Monte holds a B.A. degree from Brigham Young University. He is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and is securities licensed through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Sam Robert has more than twenty years of financial services experience, much of which has been focused exclusively on executive benefits and nonqualified deferred compensation plans. With comprehensive knowledge of creative plan design and a deep commitment to attentive client care, Sam builds trusted, long-term relationships with clients.

Prior to joining Fulcrum Partners, a OneDigital Company, Sam worked as a Relationship Manager for two of the largest nonqualified plan recordkeepers in the industry. He also has over six years of experience in retail and investment banking with major financial firms.

Today, Sam serves the executive benefits needs of Fulcrum Partners clients nationwide from his homebase in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. An avid “Dance Dad,” Sam volunteers at his daughter’s school and dance studio events and is her biggest fan at tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, and contemporary dance competitions.

He consults with insurance professionals and clients’ tax advisors when appropriate to facilitate sales opportunities.
Andrew is a frequent speaker and has authored articles in Life Insurance Selling, Senior Market Advisor, National Underwriter, AALU, and Journal of Financial Service Professionals. Troy Branch originally hailed from Camden, New Jersey where he earned a football scholarship to play at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. As a student-athlete, Branch holds a bachelor’s degree in history and a law degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

He began his career in financial services as a registered representative with Ameritas Life. Currently he is the 2nd Vice President, Advanced Solutions and Design with Ameritas Life Insurance Company, where he consults with client advisors and insurance professionals. Troy has over 15 years advanced markets experience where his specialties include nonqualified executive benefits planning, estate planning, wealth management and risk mitigation. His speaking appearances include guest lecturing stints at University of Nebraska – Lincoln and Texas Tech University. His industry involvement includes being a board member of the Lincoln, Nebraska and National FSP boards.

Personally, he is married to Dr. Julie Jones-Branch, PhD and the have two active children Derek (19) and Kya (16).

Continuing Education Information

  • 3 hours of Insurance and Legal credit (CLE) have been applied for in the following states: IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, and OH
  • 3 hours of *Accounting (CPE), Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP), and Professional Recertification (formerly PACE)
  • Credits are pending approval

The Society of Financial Service Professionals is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. FSP offers programs at an intermediate to advance level of continuing professional education. Although no pre-requisite course or advanced preparation is needed to attend any program, working knowledge of general accounting principles is required as well as knowledge of the program topic.
